Squeaky Trucks on my longboard?

I bought a Bamboo Rincon Complete from Sector 9 a couple of days ago. I have been riding it almost non stop since! About 8 hours ago, I accidently got some paint on the deck and washed it off with dish soap and water. I dried it off with a towel. A couple of minutes ago I took it out to go riding and I noticed my trucks were squeaky. Is this temporary, orr how can I fix it?
