Is one day of eating worse then my normal clean diet effect me?
I'm an athlete i'm 5'2 around 104 pounds and i work out alot. I eat a very clean natural diet and basically only Stick ot natural foods.. butsometimess i get bad cravings.. so every sunday i try to eat somthing i love so i dont feel deprived but im scared it will ruin my progress.. I do plyomeyrics and i to spint intervals and weight train... i normally dont eat JUNK FOOD(sugary things) on sunday but i eat stuff i normally wouldnt on my clean diet like tricuits with natural cheese over them(i love it haha it's not too bad..) or i dip my triscuits in jelly...or ill add some extra oatmeal or ill add peanut er toast to my oatmeal breakfest because i dont get to eat it alot.. orr eat more fruit or peanut er then normal. will this affect me? i dont tend to OVERREAT on these days to where im sick to my stomach,, somtimes i get a little too full but ya know lol...i might go over my normal days calories a little but i dont binge out..
