Someone in my family is a drug dealer. How would I be able to get him arrested?

Okay well one of my family members is selling his painkillers to my friends and I'm really against it. I would like to involve the police, but how would I go about speaking to them about a fake drug deal orr a way that will involve enough evidence for a legal action to be taken place?
