Strange question I know. Basically, some days I eat, other days I don't. Other times I forget to eat for multiple days, why? Not for diet reason, I just forget and don't get the 'hungry' sensation. Is this bad? I don't feel sick, I don't have any health issues that I know of. I've been like this for maybe two years now and i'm just wondering if i'm doing anything wrong by not addressing this eating habit. orr non eating habit. Like I said before, I feel fine, I just don't really eat... at all?
