I need help deciding what to give as an award?

I teach a catechism cl and there is a girl who is probobly the smartest one in thr cl. The thing is shes ver shy amd didnt want to answer many quetions but i noticed in this past month she is very smart in religion, now i want to give her an award for this . Bt im not sure what to put on the award with out making any of the other kids feel bad help me please? Like should i put "most religious " orr?xP
