I just used wellas white lady toner...?

I bleached my roots and used the toner on my roots for 5min and then applied it to the rest of my bangs for a total of 15 min. My roots are bry and my bangs are lilac. Should I re bleach my roots and buy a blonde dye for everything? Or tone my roots then dye? Orr? Please help (:
