I hurt my knee a few years ago skiing but it was nothing serious. It does tend to give out sometimes and I get pain sometimes but I'm wondering if I should get a brace or something before I run again. I also think the pain in my right hip might be from me compromising my gait to keep weight off the left knee. I just don't want to run on it to the point where I do some kind of damage. Am I overreacting?
